I fully understand that Patricia Cano is not an allopathic doctor (M.D.), but is a SCIO Practitioner, stress management counsellor, and biofeedback specialist.

I fully understand that the services provided by Patricia Cano are not allopathic, but are biofeedback in nature, and are performed within the parameters of a natural health care and SCIO system using biofeedback and stress reduction.

I fully understand that Patricia Cano does not offer allopathic drugs, surgery, chemical stimulants, or other conventional treatments. I fully understand that illness is not being diagnosed nor treated and that my wellness and stress are being measured.

I have solicited Patricia Cano’s services in good faith, exercising my free will and following the dictates of my own conscience, and fully understand that these services may not be generally accepted or recommended by allopathic doctors or other conventional health professionals.

I presently seek advice, opinions, biofeedback, or points of view and/or programs within the scope of Patricia Cano’s stress reduction practice.
